Asian beef

Panda Express has a delicious Mongolian Beef recipe that I absolutely love, so I decided to try and make a copycat version at home. This recipe offers a home-cooked meal with all the flavor of my take-out favorite.

I love coming up with homemade versions of restaurant dishes. It's a nice change from the norm and a good way to treat yourself without spending a fortune. I think a really fun potluck cook-off idea would be to have a group of people make copycat recipes and have judges taste-test them against the real thing and award prizes for whoever comes closest.
