Orange Ginger Honey Chicken Wings


  • 1 cup all­-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 24 wings
  • Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate thawed
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Snipped cilantro or parsley optional for garnish optional


  • In a bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika, pepper. Coat the wings with the flour mixture and place on a foil­-lined and greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and drain if chicken is sitting in quite a bit of its own juices. Combine honey, orange juice concentrate and ginger in a small pot, heat to simmer and then turn off.
  • Brush the glaze generously over chicken wings.
  • Reduce heat to 325 and put chicken back into oven for 30-­40 minutes or until chicken is done, basting occasionally with more sauce. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley before serving if desired.
