Kombucha for Beginners


  • 1 SCOBY
  • 1 cup kombucha
  • 6 bottles Pure Leaf sweetened tea


  • Combine kombucha and tea in a gallon jar.
  • Gently add in scoby.
  • Cover with a loose-weave cotton.
  • Ferment for 7 to 10 days, bottle in a glass jar and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for one to two months.
