Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Roll pie crust flat and cut into approximately 3x8" rectangles.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce into the middle of the lower half of each rectangle.
Top pizza sauce with several pepperoni slices and 2-3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese.
Fold the top of the rectangle down over the toppings on the lower half and pinch all sides gently to form a pocket around the fillings.
Bake for approximately 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
