- 1 roasting chicken, 3-5 lb, rinsed
- McCormick Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce
- 3-4 cups vegetables
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Tie chicken legs together with twine and place chicken, breast-side up, in a roasting dish.
- Rub McCormick Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce on the outside and inside of chicken, liberally coating with the entire packet.
- Surround chicken with vegetables.
- Cook chicken breast-side up for 30 minutes. Flip chicken over and cook another 30 minutes. Use a turkey baster to drip juices from the pan over the chicken every 10 minutes or so.
