As for us, we usually opt for an easy Christmas dinner that's similar to Thanksgiving, with pre-made mashed potatoes and gravy that I heat up, some cranberry sauce in a can, and a turkey breast that cooks up WAY faster and easier than a whole roasted turkey of glazed ham. For a traditional Christmas meal, shortcuts can make all the difference in the world. I also like to pick up side dishes from the grocery store deli so that have that handmade touch, without me actually having to make a mess in the kitchen.
